  Our team put the fun into planning your unique event and are here to guide you through every step of the way from choosing your tent structure and furnishings to all the practical items you may need for planning an outdoor event.  What’s more, we go the extra mile by offering interactive planning and design consultations so you can create your bespoke floor plan.

We have a full range of stylish furnishings and finishing touches to make your event truly unique… After all, this is the most exciting part of planning an unforgettable shindig!  Whatever look and feel you’re dreaming of, we can help make it happen. Choose from a full range of traditional and contemporary style options including round and long tables, seating, bars, dance floors, mood lighting to take you from day to night, fire pits with marshmallows, and outdoor giant games. You really are spoilt for choice!

Don’t worry, we’ve got this…

While wedding and party planning is great fun, there’s the practical details to consider too.  Good news – we can provide the extras that your party and other suppliers may need including power generators, luxury toilets, cabling, stages, PA Hire and DJ booths. Furthermore, you can hire our crew to attend to all your tipi or marquee needs throughout the day, such as adjusting the sides for ventilation and lighting for ambience.  We’re proud to say that it’s this level of service that sets us apart.

We work with an incredible list of venues and grounds at locations that are perfect to host your event.  Or, if you already have your dream location in mind, get in touch and we will organise a site visit.

As part of our service to you, we will happily put you in touch with our recommended suppliers.  We have a little black book of contacts including caterers perfect for banquet feasts, fine dining or grazing tables.  As well as the best contacts for music and entertainment – just ask!

Our Services

At The Unique Tent Company, we want to make planning your event as seamless as possible, from choosing your Tipi or Marquee to all the furnishings and final details.  Importantly, we can also take care of the behind the scenes components like catering tents, luxury portable toilets, generators and optional on-site crew support. We pride ourselves on offering a full service and attention to detail: it’s what sets us apart! 

Crew Support

Crew are available on-site during your event to take care of all your tipi or marquee needs.  Crew will oversee the lighting and heating and ventilation, and attend to your fire pit.

iNTERACTIVE DESIGN CONSULTATION

All bookings have the option to receive an interactive design consultation (over zoom or in-person) to create your bespoke layout and floorplan.  This is the perfect opportunity to have fun and be creative and visualise your seating plan.

Practical Extras

Planning an outdoor event often calls for practical extralike catering tents, portable toilets (we prefer luxury loos!) and showers, stage and PA hire, and power generator and electrical cabling to hook-up suppliers such as caterers, DJ and band.  The good news is we can supply the lot!
